Is the screwdriving unit additionally monitored and can the torque be variably adjusted in a »micBox«?
The screwdriving unit mounted on the robot monitors the torque each time the screw is tightened. Depending on the screw, cutter head and indexable insert, this can be set up to 7 Nm (maximum 10 Nm).
