STARTER: Getting started with the digital tool store

Storage location management

With the storage location management module, you always have an overview of your complete tools, tool components and accessories. The storage location management contains a virtual 3D kit with which you can quickly and easily map your warehouse in three dimensions and assign the items to a virtual storage location. Each item created can be managed in terms of stock, giving you a quick overview of the storage location, circulation and current stock. External storage and lift systems can of course be addressed via interfaces.

Features:

• Quick warehouse overview
• Time saving due to elimination of search and shorter distances
• 24-hour tool availability
• Reduction in tool costs

Individual component management

The software module for the detailed creation of individual components creates a future-proof IoT basis for tool management.

System detailed data:

• DIN 4000/4003/ISO 13399 Parameterization
• Technology data (cutting values)
• Graphical component representation
• 2D and 3D generation in accordance with DIN 4000 and ISO 13399
• Import of 2D formats DXF/DWG/BMP/TIF/JPG/GIF/PNG
• Import of 3D formats STEP/STL
• Detailed data (e.g. cutting material)

Management of setup sheets

Setup sheets provide the user with a list of information and resources required for a job. These can be forwarded directly to the warehouse, to the CAD/CAM station or to the machine and used.
