Simply follow the light
Ergonomics, safety, and simple operation have always been top priorities at ZOLLER. In our shrink-fit machines, this is reflected in three LED-based guidance systems. These guide you safely through the shrink-fitting process, inform you of the coil status, and indicate when the cooling cycle is complete.
They are called »actbyLight«, »shrinkbyLight«, and »coolbyLight«. Exclusive to ZOLLER.
Extreme Efficiency
With the induction system developed by ZOLLER, you are guaranteed a high efficiency of nearly 100%. The coils feature two parallel windings. Virtually all of the electrical power supplied is used to heat the shrink fit holders.
Furthermore, each heating and cooling cycle is extremely fast. Extreme efficiency for your shrink processes.
Valuable Tool Data
Data plays a key role in the ZOLLER system. Shrink processes also generate tool data that can be used for tool management. For all tools equipped with a ZOLLER »idChip«, you can automate the recording of heating cycles and have them saved by the »pilot 4.0« software.
