Integrated Lubrication Unit
Lubrication Unit –
for screws features a specialized grease and guarantees that the screws can be simply released using the screw unit.
Moving Rotation and Tilting Unit
Rotation and Tilting Unit –
the 6-axis robot fills the unit with indexable inserts. This process of using the 6-axis robot to insert the indexable inserts into the turning and indexing unit ensures that the inserts are properly reoriented. The screw magazine ensures that a new screw is always used for the tool as needed.
Efficient Screwing Unit
Screwdriving unit –
with an integrated vacuum gripper, fitted to the robot, which consistently ensures precise screw exchange and torquing at the correct torque.
High-Precision Universal Spindle
Universal Spindle –
allows for holding tools weighing up to 20 kg and also enables tools to be precisely positioned during rotation.
