Guarantees maximum shrink forces thanks to the tension applied by the tool along the entire length of the shank.

Clamping shoulder

Guarantees optimal sliding of the clamping segments along the clamping shoulder and excellent tension in the spindle. This results in a maximum radial run-out of 10 μm at the clamping shoulder (5 times more accurate than DIN).

All ZOLLER Tooling tool holders are precision-balanced—G2.5 at 25,000 ^min⁻¹ or max. residual unbalance ≤ 1 gmm. This results in smooth spindle operation during machining that is gentle on the bearings. You benefit from a longer spindle lifetime, an optimal workpiece surface finish, and longer tool life.
